Learning to CHOOSE YOU will be life changing! It will also be a challenge. Loving yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. Making yourself a priority in your life will allow you to live a more meaningful and purposeful life. 

I understand firsthand how it feels to lose yourself living life in the shadows of other. Living life without boundaries can leave you feeling hopeless and frustrated. I understand because that was once me.  I have walked side by side with some amazing women who were once where you are now. They too struggled with the emotions of guilt, shame, stress, rejection and fear. My 25 years of coaching experience, and compassion helped them discover the strength that lied within. I am capable and committed to walking the same journey with you.   

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. I have worked with women of all ages helping them to see the importance of choosing themselves first. I am the Founder & CEO of I Choose Me Coaching Services, I am aslo the  founder & CEO of The Carra House, a non-profit social service agency. I am a Respiratory Care Practitioner and a Mental Health Aid provider. I am the proud wife of Dr. Joseph Lee, mother of three amazing children, and grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren.
